Marlborough Buildings is a grand stone terrace set alongside The famous Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. It is a short stroll past glorious Georgian architecture to Bath city centre with its myriad of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. At the top of Marlborough Buildings is Marlborough Tavern, a gastro pub and the Approach Golf Course where you can play a compact 18 hole course whilst enjoying marvellous views of Bath and the surrounding countryside. Around the corner at St. James Square there are good local amenities; a newsagents, chemists, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and florist.
Parking permite is provided with this property allowing you to park on the street out front or neighbouring streets. Alternatively Charlotte street car park is located around the corner (£8/day) or there is unrestricted street parking only 5 minute walk away. The train and bus station are a 10-15 minute walk away.
