The Komedia Canteen is open for business everyday in the hugely impressive Komedia Beau Nash, an building that recently won the National Construction Excellence Award for the Best Restoration of a Listed Building in the UK.

The Canteen’s menu reflects River Cottage’s famous seasonal, local ethos and uses some of the very best food and drink producers in the South West. All cooked on site, there are treats from Bristol based Pieminister and River Cottage alongside Canteen favourites originally created by our head chefs.

Komedia Canteen Opening Hours:

Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday (9am-11 am) “The Best Organic Brekkie in Bath”

Lunch: Monday-Saturday (Noon-3pm)
Dinner: Friday-Saturday (5pm-Late)
Sunday Lunch: Every Sunday (Noon-4pm)

Komedia Canteen in the heart of Bath City centre from the 1st of June will be the fabulous child friendly café offering a unique environment particularly for those with Children. We have plenty of high chairs, baby-changing facilities, a microwave for heating baby food and huge Buggy Park!

The Canteen offers the best quality local and seasonal food taken from our partnership with River Cottage and now includes delicious Pieminister Pies. There’s a scrumptious lunch menu for busy mums as well as a children’s menu with delicious dishes inspired by River Cottage Baby and Toddler cookbook.

Komedia Canteen has teamed up with Mulberry Kidz nursery and pre-school to launch a well needed service for Bath parents. Whilst you enjoy a delicious lunch with friends, read the paper, have a well-deserved latte and a generous slice of cake, your children can play at the farmyard themed play area, with the huge range of toys under the expert supervision of experienced nursery nurses from Mulberry Kidz.

As well as a stay and play service, Mulberry Kidz @ Komedia offers an hourly childcare service. You can pre-book or simply walk-in and receive quality caring childcare whilst you take a break for an hour or two’s child-free shopping, visit the Spa or even get your hair done. Ofsted registered, the childcare facility is safe and secure. The farmyard play area is completely equipped with toys and activities in the beautiful historical surroundings of the oldest cinema in Bath.

Prices range from £3.50 to £5.50 per hour. If your child is under 2 please pre-book.
